Staff
Mahlzeit can arrange staff for your event if required. Staff charges apply from when they depart the Mahlzeit base until they return.

Wait staff $37 per hour min 3 hrs
Chef $42 per hour min 3 hrs

Delivery
Free delivery within CBD, outer Brisbane delivery may incur surcharge. All deliveries must be confirmed 48 hrs prior to function.

Equipment
All equipment provided remains the property of Mahlzeit and must be returned within 48 hrs of function. Any damages to Mahlzeit property will incur a charge.

Dietary Requirements
Mahlzeit prepares all food in a commercial grade kitchen.  While all care is taken the equipment used may contain traces of nuts, eggs, dairy, seeds and gluten.

Although all care is taken to contain these items, Mahlzeit can not guarantee that a dietary requirement is met and accepts no liability. Mahlzeit is happy to discuss individual requirements and tailor a menu for your needs.

Prices
All prices stated exclude GST unless otherwise indicated.

Deposits and Payment
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and final payment required upon confirmation of final numbers, 5 days prior to event.

Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to event incur no penalty and deposit will be refunded in full. For all cancellations made within 30 days of event Mahlzeit will retain the deposit.

Confirmation of Details
Menus are to be confirmed 2 weeks before event; all menus are subject to change. Dietary requirements and final numbers must be confirmed in writing 5 days prior to event, if after confirmation final numbers drop you will still be charged according to your confirmed number.

Waste Disposal 
Mahlzeit is not responsible for waste at an event and is unable to assist with the disposal.

Service of Alcohol
Mahlzeit is not currently licensed to provide alcohol at your event.
