Here at Mahlzeit we wanted to create something a little different! We specialize in a smaller more intimate dining experience; we want to leave a lasting impression in your mind for you to be excited about.

We strive to exceed your expectations from the first moment you contact us through to our chef leaving you after your dining experience. We will endeavour to achieve this through our knowledge of the industry and vast international experience.

Whether it is a fine dining event at your private residence or a boardroom lunch, formal or just a bbq, Mahlzeit will organize it all!

    You’re probably wondering what Mahlzeit means. It’s German and roughly translates to meal time, bringing everyone to the table together to eat.


    Steven chose Mahlzeit due to his half German heritage and his time spent cooking in Berlin.

    Steven’s approach to cooking is a non complicated one that involves sourcing top quality ingredients from local surrounding areas where possible and using seasonal ingredients to ensure that they have maximum flavour.

    Through using the best and freshest produce Steven has learnt through experience that the produce will always speak for itself and it is unnecessary to complicate dishes with heavy sauces or too many components.

    Steven currently grows most of the herbs used in Mahlzeit’s cooking and will look to expand and grow some other produce in the near future.
